If your data are integrated in the app thanks to a webservice, you can launch the webservice yourself to update the data.
Go into « Services », then « Tâches planifiées » and finalyy « Parsers ».

By clicking on the colored circle on the left, you can consult the potential errors on your webservice.
You can launch your webservice by clicking on the two arrows at the end of the line.
